Almost perfect dealing 4.5 stars. My only comment is that when i asked how long it would take I was told 1-2 hours. Because I came from almost 2 hours away, i decided to wait that time out in a mall so I would save another long drive. 3 hours later I returned and it was not ready but my device was the next in the queue and but would not be ready until the next day. I was very disappointed. Just be sure to be clear with your customers, as this was very inconvenient. However the staff was courteous and very helpful otherwise. Thank you.

I brought in my ps3 with a broken laser, I unfortunately went ahead and tried to fix it myself not knowing my model is very finicky… Although they weren’t able to fix it, they tried everything in their power to fix it for a reasonable price and gave solid advice on what to do next. I will be doing business with them in the future!

My experience with GCOM Support was excellent from start to finish. They repaired my ASUS TUF RTX 4080, which had VRAM issues, and honestly, not many shops can handle that kind of high-end repair. (They may well be the only place in Ottawa that can) They were very professional. They took detailed notes on every symptom, how and when the card was failing, and the tests I wanted run on it (MODS). I also got to see their workshop: it's clean, well organized, and has everything needed to repair high-end GPUs. They did a full evaluation, then gave me a quote, and they were completely transparent throughout. They kept me updated and communicated well. Before going to them, I'd tried a few other places and found out that not every shop has the equipment for high-precision work. GCOM does, and they clearly have a lot of experience and know-how. I don't usually write reviews, but I'm really happy with the work. Getting my RTX 4080 fixed and back in my system was a huge win for me. Thanks again.

Exceptional service. My computer was in for a big repair and they kept me informed every step of the way. The price was more than fair and their expertise was unmatched. The manufacturer of my PC said minimum 3 month turn around time for the repair but these guys got it done in a fraction of the time. 10/10 would recommend to anyone
