My experience with GCOM Support was excellent from start to finish. They repaired my ASUS TUF RTX 4080, which had VRAM issues, and honestly, not many shops can handle that kind of high-end repair. (They may well be the only place in Ottawa that can) They were very professional. They took detailed notes on every symptom, how and when the card was failing, and the tests I wanted run on it (MODS). I also got to see their workshop: it's clean, well organized, and has everything needed to repair high-end GPUs. They did a full evaluation, then gave me a quote, and they were completely transparent throughout. They kept me updated and communicated well. Before going to them, I'd tried a few other places and found out that not every shop has the equipment for high-precision work. GCOM does, and they clearly have a lot of experience and know-how. I don't usually write reviews, but I'm really happy with the work. Getting my RTX 4080 fixed and back in my system was a huge win for me. Thanks again.

Nadine was excellent. My Mac was tampered with by another repair shop. I brought it here to get the battery replaced and not only did he replace the battery in 2 days (including Labour Day), he fixed my broken speaker and properly reassembled the MacBook when it wasn't put together properly by the other shop. I couldn't recommend this place more to anybody if you need to get your devices repaired.

I want to share my experience dealing with GCOM Support. It was fantastic ! I was so hesitant to call with my issue because I am not technical and normally get lost when an explanation is given to me. I must say however when GCOM called me back, the experience was amazing and I was put at ease right away. The team know how to deal with people and put them at ease. Oh by the way, they cleared my issue, kept in touch with me the whole time, and did so within a couple days. So happy to have had this experience and will definitely refer anyone looking for technical help. Thank you GCOM - LB :)
