How Drop-Off and Pickup Work
- Walk in or book: come in any time during opening hours, or book online to reserve a time slot.
- Diagnosis: we note the problem and diagnose the device. The diagnostic fee starts at $45.
- Written quote: you get a written quote, and no repair work starts until you approve it.
- Repair: many repairs are done within 24 to 48 hours when parts are in stock. If a part has to be ordered, we tell you the expected wait and keep you posted.
- Pickup: we let you know as soon as your device is ready, and you pick it up during opening hours.
The diagnosis covers the whole device, not just the fault you came in for. If we spot a problem starting to develop, we tell you, and we fix it only with your permission. We don't offer in-store waiting, so plan to leave your device with us.

Our shop is equipped with soldering tools, microscopes and diagnostic stations, so the work happens right here in Orleans: laptop and MacBook screens, batteries and keyboards, desktop and custom PC repairs, data recovery, virus removal, and board-level micro-soldering on logic boards, game consoles and graphics cards.
