How it works

1. Contact us first. Call (613) 424-0444 or send us a message through the contact form with the device model and what's wrong. We confirm it's a repair we can take on and give you the shipping details.
2. Pack it well. Use a sturdy box with enough padding that the device can't move. Put in a note with your name, phone number and a short description of the problem.
3. Ship it to us. Keep the tracking number until the device is back in your hands.
4. We diagnose it and send a quote. Nothing is repaired until you approve the quote.
5. We repair and test it. The work is done on the same bench as our walk-in repairs, under microscope when it's board-level.
6. We ship it back. Carefully packed, with the same care we asked of you.

Packing tips

• Take out game discs, cartridges and memory cards. They aren't needed for the repair.
• Send only what's being repaired, unless we ask for the charger, dock or controller to test with.
• For a graphics card, an anti-static bag inside the padding protects the board.
• Take a few photos of the device before you pack it, for your own records.

Most mail-in work is the kind a general repair shop can't do: PS5 HDMI port replacement and the same job on Xbox and PS4 consoles, Switch charging ports and docks, handheld PCs like the Steam Deck, ROG Ally and Legion Go, and graphics cards that won't post or show artifacts. Anything with a circuit board and a fault that can be found on the bench is worth asking about.

To give you an idea of cost: a PS5 HDMI port replacement is $180, usually done in 1 to 2 business days once the console arrives, with a 90-day warranty. Other repairs are quoted after diagnosis.
