Before you bring the console in, three quick things worth ruling out:

Try a different HDMI cable. Cables fail more often than people expect. If a known-good cable also produces no picture, the cable isn't the problem.
Try a different TV input or a different TV. Same logic. If the PS5 doesn't show on any input on any TV, it's the console.
Look at the port itself. Bent or pushed-in pins are visible with a flashlight. So is a port that's been shoved sideways enough that the plastic is misaligned. That's mechanical damage and it needs the port replaced.
