Before you bring the console in, three quick things worth ruling out:
If you've done those checks and still have no signal, the HDMI port repair is almost certainly what's needed.
The HDMI connector on a PS5 is soldered directly to the motherboard, not socketed. There's no quick plug-in swap. The repair process:
A damaged HDMI port can sometimes take adjacent components with it. Common collateral damage includes the small filter components near the port and occasionally the HDMI driver IC further inside the board. We inspect these as part of the repair so we're not fixing the port only to have you come back with the same fault a week later.
The same kind of work applies to other consoles. See our pages for Xbox Series X HDMI repair, PS4 HDMI repair, and Switch HDMI / dock repair.
Removal of the damaged HDMI port from the PS5 motherboard and installation of a new port, done under microscope with proper hot-air technique.
Microscope inspection of the existing port to assess whether bent pins can be straightened or whether full port replacement is the better call.
Component-level inspection of the HDMI section around the port for blown filters or driver chips that sometimes get damaged alongside the port itself.
